The GOP spent so much time demonizing Obama, they did nothing to build up their own candidates. Now that they realize that all their demonizing may amount to nothing because all of their candidates suck, they are running around like headless chicken.

AKA, the Democratic strategy in 2004 and in the 1980’s.

Wonder if the GOP will learn from the mistakes the Dems made. Probably not.
