The rally as you note has both extremes. Perhaps we agree it’s a shame the rally is holding peoples attention rather than the more sane and substantive facets of the P.A. and the NSA?

I don’t think the rally is holding people’s attention. It’ll happen today, be mocked briefly, and disappear. Meanwhile, Kagan and Sotmoyor will continue to rule on stuff for a long time.
