There’s no way he was capable of impartiality before and now there definitely isn’t since he’s convinced he’s a victim of a conspiracy. Maybe your shitty behavior finally caught up to you since you didn’t have experienced Republican hacks protecting you.

Experienced Republican hacks wouldn’t have nominated him to begin with. They would have been content to keep him on the DC Circuit Court of Appeals.

Hell, a truely experienced Republican hack would have appointed someone who wasn’t so adamant about overturning Roe, so that when they ended up casting a vote to uphold it, they could run on overturning it for another generation - or at least until support for overturning it died off to a significant degree.
