Just a drive-by since I have too much to do this morning, but conservatives wingnuts are already discussing that. Some Supreme Court case related to Nixon supposedly said the Senate can do whatever the hell they want and no one can review it. Could be true. Could also get a fair number of senators voted out if it is too flagrant.
