Plus if a police department has a record of systematic racial bias and abusive activity then why not call into question the possibility that POCs might turn up with longer rap sheets due to being subjected to multiple false arrests and overwrought charges?

This is why African-Americans should be armed to the teeth and then watch how that right is taken away from them.
