This heartbeat thing as actually an easy one.

Point to the heart. Show it formed and functioning.

Problem with that is that when you look at an ultrasound you can clearly see what appears to be a beating heart because the proto-heart twitches rhythmically. The resolution on ultrasounds doesn’t show tons of detail, but it is emotionally powerful to see this sign of life.
As many here have said, it has nothing to do with whether a woman should be forced to carry to term, though.
