The debate continues over whether Alec Baldwin is responsible for killing the cinematographer on the set of “Rust.”
Many have argued that he should be responsible since you should always assume a gun is loaded unless you’ve personally verified it is not.
Yahoo! has an article interviewing several actors and stage workers, noting that this is not the norm nor has it been in television and cinema, and has never been the industry practice. In fact, many actors have no idea how to check a gun, and some actors are literal children.
