You know what I think? This town hall meeting format is kind of a joke. There will be paid Democratic shills standing up and saying “me and my ten children are all going to die terrible painful deaths if congress doesn’t pass this bill IMMEDIATELY!” And then there will be a few conservatives, driven to absolute terror by inaccurate Glenn Beck rants, saying “Mr. President, if this bill passes, my ten children and I are all going to be instantly euthanized by federal death squads.”

What we need isn’t a town hall, but a debate, between two people who have actually read the bill and know what’s in it.
