Obama can’t name favorite Sox player growing up.

Ummm, I think it’s pretty misleading to say he couldn’t name a Sox player.

The question was who his favorite player growing up was. He responded that he didn’t become a Sox fan until he moved to Chicago, that he actually grew up an A’s fan.

That’s not “he can’t name a single Sox player.” That’s “he didn’t have a favorite Sox player growing up because he didn’t grow up as a Sox fan.”

he touts the Sox…wears their gear…he needs to brush up
