Oh yeah. That was pretty intense. Caught a few reports on the news. Weird having two major tornado events occurring almost back to back. Been rather calm west of Continental Divide or Denver. Just seems like a long and rather chill at times Spring.

The jet stream is dipping *way* south this spring. Cold in west and mid-central US. Lots of lifties in the atmosphere further south, with beaucoups moisture pumping in from the Gulf. Ideal environment for big ass super cells and clusters. When you have an environment where cumulonimbus cells reach 65,000 feet, which has been common this spring, mayhem ensues. And it’s still May. We’ll get at least one more major outbreak, maybe two.
