The current lament of the Job Creators:

“I can’t hire people with degrees and 10 years of industry experience for $10/hour and no bennies! The American education system just isn’t producing the right kind of workers!”

My current predicament:

“What? You’ve got a Master’s degree and 15+ years of work experience? Here, let me offer you either an entry-level job that barely pays the bills (or which is 100% commission-based) or let me throw in job requirements on an “enty-level” position that would require another college degree and another 10 years of expereince for you to qualify.”

What. The . FUCK.
