Yep. The insurance company will fund the fight against the suit, just to see what kind of flex the plaintiffs show. If they’re determined & funded, at that point, the settlement letters start getting fed into the fax machines.

What are the chances that CCJ could call upon a deep-pocketed wingnut to pay for his screwup? I could see a Foster Fries wanting to jump into the fray and pay for some slut-shaming, but not too many others.
