Ouch. Bent over in the kitchen to pick up a piece of a jalapeno pepper I dropped before the dogs got to it and smacked my head into the countertop on the way up.

Ouch…freaking OUCH.

My accidents with jalapenos often involve touching some other part of my body without having properly washed my hands…
