I hate it. All I hear is “colored”.

It’s new and supposed to be “improved,” as opposed to the NAACP which has been around for a long time which is probably the reason it’s not changed.

Because it’s new, doesn’t make it better to me. It just make it “softer”. People OF color. Not COLORED people. What’s the difference? There is none. I hate it.

It’s not new at all. Been around for a looong time. If that’s what the people it refers to want to use and have no problem using it then I expect it no problem for them. Better then using us ‘non-white people’ or us ‘brown (ish) people’ or us ‘people who are not caucasian’.
