I’m curious. No project of this magnitude? It’s a 13 story building and maybe 100,000 sf of space. That’s small in comparison to many projects nearby, including a recently completed hotel overlooking Ground Zero on the south; a major residential building behind the former Deutsche Bank building, or Gehry’s major skyscraper four blocks away to the East (and which is taller than the Woolworth building (tallest building in lower Manhattan until the Freedom Tower goes up).

As far as magnitude is concerned, this is chump change for projects in NYC.

It’s because of who’s involved in the project that makes it significant. The size and scope isn’t.
