I’ll have to keep that in mind… the guy suggested an enzyme product like rid-x that helps clear the grease and other stuff from drains.
These drains were about the worst he had seen, and there’s a bad pitch in the run from the sink drain making it even worse… that will only get fixed when I redo the kitchen. The pitch was contributing to the buildup because everything was sitting in there.
My friend swears by flushing a $.50 packet of yeast down the bowl. It’s supposed to do what RID-X does without the chemicals and a fraction of the cost.
