Today, the top two floors are event space and/or filming location (when you need a nice view out the windows of your scene). Full open floor, with support pillers in the room. Tons of light.

It’s a gorgeous space — the ceilings are old-timey tall (18’?), and windows are about 8’ x 5’, all the way around.
