Is there something I’m missing? All the Puget Sound Area transit systems have had the ORCA card (One Regional Card for All) for years.

Here in Ostrava, it now means you can now use your debit card on the transit card readers installed in the trams and buses to pay for your fare. You don’t need to buy a paper ticket or a transit card (I have a transit card for the entire city).
