Is this info about Russian influence and how it is being said Obama held back and the GOP not wanting it released what GOP consultant Rick Wilson was always tweeting about during the last month?

He was saying right up to the last week before the election the info was there it just needed to be released, etc. A lot of people grew a bit tired wondering if there was anything or if Wilson was just toying with everyone.
