It seems to be forgotten that while Trump’s attack on Heidi Cruz was horrible, a super PAC aligned with Cruz did it first with a billboard campaign in the Utah Primary attacking Melania Trump with nude photos. Trump first attacked Cruz over the adverts, which Cruz denied being involved in, then attacked Heidi Cruz.
