My fave local FM station runs a locally-produced news/sports program that focuses on MN issues every Sunday morning. It’s usually a pretty balanced program, but his morning their last piece of the show was about Twins spring training in Fort Myers, Florida and their “guest” focused on how much Minnesotans will enjoy the experience of coming down and enjoying the fully open restaurants and unfettered social atmosphere of Fort Myers. I don’t think that the word Covid was mentioned even once.

“Come down! Have fun! Spend money! Attend a game! Get sick! Take it back to MN!”

The station, to their credit, immediately ran a very well done Covid awareness PSA right after the interview. One of the station’s clients is an indoor water park in western WI, and the station almost always runs one of their Covid PSAs right before or after that ad. I love that station.
