re: #137 Love-Child of Cassandra and Sisyphus
Granted we think Trump deserves prison time.
But what will the judge think?
Trump has judgements against him going back at least to 1988.
Given a long history of what can only be described as incorrigible behavior, what precedents exist in NY for judges weighing civil cases in a felony conviction sentencing?
Everything about this is unprecedented, but the judge will look at all facts and aspects to the behavior of Trump. State sentencing guidelines require a presentecing report from both defendant and the prosecutors, and victim statement (the state of NY), plus Trump family/friends who can weigh in as well.
Trump faces collateral consequences of the felony conviction too.
