re: #145 Justanotherhuman

I’m wondering why those aren’t just dismissed as “frivolous complaints” since obviously the plaintiff(s) don’t seem to have standing in the first place, based on their claims?

Federal Rules of Civil Procedure

Rule 11. Signing Pleadings, Motions, and Other Papers; Representations to the Court; Sanctions

Hit these people w/fines for this and they’ll stop when their own property is seized for liens when they refuse to pay.

It’s typical that the officials involved don’t even know a lien has been filed until they try to do something. Common SC practices are taught by traveling teams in motel-room seminars. (Any official who serves them papers is well advised to wear body armor—they have a penchant for murder.)
