Really. This can’t be updinged enough. It’s the actions of Republicans that get them called racist despite what they believe. Maybe Republican candidates and officials should stop saying minorities vote Democratic because they want “Free stuff.” I could go on and on but the Republicans and right have earned the racist label that gets thrown at them.

I try to make my criticism of the GOP as honest as I can, because it stings worse that way.

For example, equating the GOP with the Nazis is too kind because its factual incorrectness gives the GOP apologist too much material to work with.

The deadlier charge against the GOP is that elements within it, especially the so-cons, are into scapegoating people to lethal effect where possible (e.g., kill the gays bills in Africa).
