So dang hot here, wife didn’t feel like cooking. I dove into the fridge, pulled out some grilled mushroom chickens we had earlier in the week, diced it up with some green onions and other stuff and made us some omelets. Turned out pretty good.

There are not words for how grateful I am that the AC went in last year, although today finally cooled off.
