Testing repeatedly shows that you’re not infected, until a test returns a positive result, when you have it.

You don’t have a cold until you do.
You don’t get the flu until you do.
You don’t get covid19 until you do. And when you do, it can kill you. And you can spread it to others and not even know that you’re a carrier if you’re asymptomatic.

But don’t fucking worry. It wont pass to Stephen, because it doesn’t cross to fucking ghouls.
