Well… a couple of days ago, while I was walking down the street in a big hurry, I was accosted by a girl of about 19 years old, who was carrying a clipboard. She asked me if I had a minute. I said, truthfully, that I was in a hurry and couldn’t stop right then. Then she got pissy, and said “really, you can’t spare ONE minute of your time to help end torture?” That’s when I saw the Amnesty International logo on her clipboard.

I said “no thanks, I’m pro-torture,” and kept walking.
