Sounds to me that even fundie women need to stage a real, serious Lysistrata right about now. Except those men they call husbands and boyfriends would probably wind up killing them because they couldn’t have sex on demand.

I hope everyone who invokes Lysistrata knows that it was not an actual historical event, but the subject of a satirical play by Aristophanes, performed in theaters where women were not even allowed to attend. The theme was WOMEN HAVE THIS AWESOME POWER BUT THEY DON’T HAVE A STRONG LEADER TO CONVINCE THEM TO JOIN TOGETHER TO USE IT.
