Yogi Berra’s home in Montclair NJ was recently up for sale too. Needs a bunch of work, but it’s a modest place and it sold for just under $1 million ($988,888). A lot of players from that era lived modestly.

I also saw that Bruce Springsteen’s home in Asbury Park is up for sale too - for about $300k, even if that too needs a ton of work. It’s the home where he wrote Born to Run in 1975.
