The first comment in this thread asked why she isn’t in prison. And other comments suggested she walked right up to the line.

She’s lying, yes, flat out. Her rhetoric (and that of many pro-lifers) is not good. But I’m not going to hold them legally responsible for the actions of a shooter unless there is real, legal incitement. Her lying about the videos is more than enough to find that she is not fit for office, saying that she’s inciting violence - when that has a very real legal definition - is something else entirely.

But then, I tend to be something of a free speech absolutist.
