Isn’t a settler coming from another country considered an immigrant? I is confused.

Since this is the second time I’ve seen someone here refer to a Republican trying to separate immigrant and settler, I’m assuming this is the new thing among Republicans.

If they want to go down this path, then any person born in America today isn’t an American because they didn’t settle it.
