There is a new challenge to Obamacare in front of the same reactionary judge in Texas who tried to strike it down before. This one is based on religious liberty, so you can bet he will declare the ACA unconstitutional again; so we’ll have to wait and see if there are 5 Justices willing to deny health insurance to 20 million Americans based on the flimsy objections of religious fanatics.
