Earlier this afternoon, the Minnesota State House passed their bill legalizing recreational marijuana. Unsurprisingly, the vote was largely along partisan lines, though two Republicans did join with the Democrats in voting for the measure. The bill, which is generally expected to sail through the now Democrat-controlled Senate and receive the governor’s signature, would make Minnesota the 22nd state in the union to legalize weed.
