The video is not for context, but for humor. It mercilessly mocks the AFP for their shitty, dishonest reporting of that specific incident. It’s really quite hilarious.

Just remember the phrases “Dissident Frogman” and “Cartridge vs Bullet” in case you find yourself on a comp that can play vids.
