That’s what I think. The GOP wants to win Va back and badly and McDonnell is fairly popular here. Rubio wouldn’t shock me though.

Yeah, that’s his best bet, but McDonnell hasn’t run in an election with Obama on the top of the ticket. People keep forgetting that there are a lot of people who will come out to vote for Obama that didn’t when he wasn’t on the ballot.
