The only Republican I think could make a difference at this point is Paul Ryan. He’s spoken out in drips but he would have to go all in. Problem is, he won’t run for the presidency so who does he throw his support behind against Trump, Cruz? He won’t do it. I disagree with pretty much every position he holds but he’s ethical.

I am sure the Republican old guard is pressuring him hard, though.
