Greets and saluts from the NYC metro area. Mueller’s report was delivered to the AG, and the AG issued a terse summation, which should satisfy absolutely no one.

It’s all political theater now from Barr and the Admin, because the actual record of indictments and actions suggests something entirely different from what Barr and Trump claim.

The only way to know for sure is to get the entire report. As I’ve been posting on Twitter, Mueller may have had enough to make the case for obstruction or indicting Trump, but couldn’t due to the DOJ memo and therefore his conclusions may reflect this - and the precise wording matters (that’s what the legal folks do). Barr is pushing a political agenda here, and he doesn’t have clean hands by any stretch.

All the people claiming vindication - from Trump to Hannity to Hume, and other right wingers, all seem to ignore that Mueller got 37 indictments, a bunch of convictions/plea deals, and that includes Trump’s campaign manager, his first NSA, another campaign manager, a foreign policy adviser, and host of Russians.

That doesn’t even get into Trump and Cohen (where he’s an unindicted coconspirator).
