I know this may not be very well accepted here, but a Muslim friend from Pakistan told me about a neighboring tribe where they were facing sterility because of inbreeding. The problem isn’t entirely false. It’s a real problem. I won’t deny that racists are gonna use this as a wide ranging condemnation, but this stereotype does have some basis in reality. I do wonder if it’s more a local custom issue than anything from the Koran.

Custom, and isolation, wether geographic or xenophobic.
