NO. BECAUSE BK IS NOT CLOSING ANY OF ITS FRANCHISES IN THE US.

Study after study says that the current “effective” tax rates (as in what actually gets payed after deductions, depreciation, loopholes) are the lowest they have ever been since WWII. How did all these businesses manage to survive under the higher earlier tax rates if they are really so burdensome now?
