None of that matters to UpChuck because he’s UpChuck’s disignated ‘pivot’. It looks to me as if Chuckles has realized that the death of Jessica Chambers isn’t going to provide him with the ‘get lots of attention story’ that he craves, so he’s trying to label it an accident and move on. He might even be right about that but saying that risks costing him racists fans who really want to believe Chambers was murdered by black men (the better to justify their racism).

To avoid losing fans, Chuckles shifts and targets Tyson. He hopes by doing so to post something that the racists consider a “takedown”, even if the rest of us think its crap. Chuckles is just looking to go after a black man to satisfy his hateful fan base.

You may be on to something there. I thought his choice to pursue the Jessica Chambers death was odd, given that he tends to intrude in headline news stories. I figured his angle that it was not a black-white crime situation was partly to establish his independence from the usual RWNJs who see dark-skinned bogeymen every where, or maybe to deflect criticism that he’s a racist. Who knows what goes on inside his head?

I noticed he was exchanging tweets with several people in Mississippi, who may have convinced him it was a tragic car accident that killed the girl. He was promising further coverage, so we’ll see what his fevered brain comes up with.
