Attorneys say toxicology report proves security guard was high when he shot Monroe Bird III

The family of Monroe Bird III, who was shot by an apartment security guard earlier this year, said at a news conference Tuesday the guard’s toxicology report show’s he was high on marijuana on the night of the shooting.

And the police statement on the toxicology report:

I can point out based upon reports provided to my office from the Tulsa Police Department, not one person who interacted with Mr. Stone indicated in any report that Mr. Stone appeared to be impaired by alcohol or any drug.

So, if a victim is on drugs….”See? This is why they are dead.” A cop/security guard is on drugs….”meh. He didn’t look high.”
