I mean if you want to say the executive worked hard to where he is, that’s fine but for every Andrew Carnegie who became a multi billionaire, there are literally millions of others who worked just as hard if not harder than he that died in poverty.

Mine workers are far more hard working than the folks who run the mine from an office desk. And they’re paid far less too.

If you think the line cook in a restaurant isn’t working as hard or harder than the CEO of a company who spends time behind a desk, and whose toughest part of the job is the commute to his office, or explaining to his board why he deserves a raise while keeping wages flat for everyone beneath him, there’s something wrong with your worldview.
