Was Hilary Clinton confirmed already?

IMO, apart from her personal history of being ethically challenged (eg Whitewater, commodities, etc), effective lack of credentials for the job (what exactly is her foreign policy experience again?), and the constitutional prohibition against her serving in the Cabinet at this time, her husband has taken FAR too much money from foreign sources for her to serve as Secretary of State. This takes “appearance of impropriety” to a whole other level.

Are there really NO qualified Democrats of character that Obama can pick from?
