whatever, you seem to miss my point that I believe the SC has an obligation to step in…the rest I understand

SCOTUS can’t simply set in and arbitrarily invalidate laws, and I’ve not seen any of these laws or others like them yet brought up for consideration and turned away. I’d figure something like that would be big press.
