It’s my #2 fresh water selection. A nice big plate of fried Yellow Perch is #1. It’s almost a tie. Sadly, it is hard to find Yellow Perch if you don’t catch them yourself.
For me it’s #2 to Bluegill. Fresh from the bay and straight into the frying pan… Yum!
