I estimated by swag that about 20% of the jobs just lost would not come back under any circumstances. For myriad reasons.

I think a lot of people are going to cut back from public group locations for an extended period of time - and that’s going to hit a lot of service industry jobs for an extended period of time. All the local restaurants, etc. could fully reopen right now and I’d not enter one anyways.

And there will be some long-lasting social behavior changes as well. I think the isolation thing has extended understanding/use of social media communities to a large number of older people who otherwise wouldn’t use it. And on-line education and remote working for jobs got a bit shot in the arm out of necessity. It will be interesting if it blossoms further from there.*

* - And on-line education will have a marked negative effect on university-oriented in-person social organizations such as fraternities and sororities.
