I don’t think he has anything to be sorry for. He needed some time away and he took it. There are plenty of other people who can make decisions on his behalf. He’s an elected Governor, sure, but that doesn’t mean that every second of every day belongs to the state. He already got overruled by his legislature on the stimulus, so taking a few days to himself is a good way to get back to thinking clearly.
