Butter and Franks is good. To make them mild add ketchup.

That’s what I use… butter and Frank’s Hot Sauce.

My problem is in the opposite direction, I haven’t found the right balance to make them as spicy as I’d like. I’m still too far on the mild side but I’m getting closer.
