Of course. They don’t actually care about the mother or the fetus or reality. It’s the concept and act of abortion that they’re worried about. It means a woman has some degree of control over her body and that cannot be allowed. Same reason they want to ban contraception.

And why they don’t care about health care or support for the mother or child, either before or after birth.
