If there are guns that go of accidently shouldn’t they recall them all?

If planes have a fatal flaw, they ground them.

Years ago, I took a Hunter Safety class. A lot of it centered on gun safety. Most of the students were adults who thought they were good with firearms - already owned them. The first time the instructor handed a rifle to one of the students, he’d surreptitiously slid a dummy round into the chamber. Of course, the student accepted his word that the rifle wasn’t loaded.

So he had him work the bolt, and out popped the dummy round.

It’s really easy to leave your gun in an unsafe condition. All you have to do is forget to clear it.
